PROFITABLEGROWTH Group ("we") takes the protection of your data seriously. This policy describes what data we collect on this website, what we use it for, and what rights you have - in line with the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

What data we collect

Growth Assessment (assessment.html)

Answering the assessment questions happens entirely locally in your browser; no data is transmitted to us or to third parties at that stage. Only when you actively request your results by email and expressly consent to the data transfer do we collect: name, company, email address, your answers to the assessment questions, and the resulting evaluations (score, benchmark values).

The email is sent via the third-party provider EmailJS (EmailJS Corp., USA, EmailJS Privacy Policy). The data mentioned is transmitted to EmailJS for delivery of the email; EmailJS may process this data outside Switzerland (USA). A formal data processing agreement with EmailJS is currently being prepared; until it is concluded, we rely on your explicit consent for this transfer.

Booking a meeting ("Discovery Session")

The "Discovery Session" buttons take you to our booking tool at Microsoft Outlook / Bookings. Data entered there (name, email, requested appointment) is processed directly by Microsoft; Microsoft's privacy policy applies.

Server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider technically collects standard log data (e.g. IP address, date/time, page accessed), as is common with virtually any web hosting.

Purpose of processing

• Responding to your request and delivering your assessment results
• Preparing and conducting an agreed discovery session
• Technical operation and security of the website

Legal basis

Processing of your data as part of the assessment is based on your explicit consent, which you give by checking the corresponding checkbox before sending the email (Art. 31 para. 1 revFADP or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, where applicable). You may withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future by contacting us.

Disclosure to third parties

Your data is only disclosed to the technical service providers named above (EmailJS, Microsoft), to the extent necessary for the respective function. We do not disclose data to third parties for advertising purposes.

Retention period

We delete assessment data (name, company, email address, answers, evaluations) at the latest 12 months after your request, provided no further collaboration has come about in that time. If a collaboration does come about, we retain the data for as long as necessary for that purpose, after which it is deleted, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, and restriction of processing of your data. To exercise these rights, please contact eric@profitablegrowth.ch.

Cookies

This website currently does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Only technically necessary functions are used.
